DO YOU OFFER GIFT NOTES AND GIFT WRAPPING?

Yes. We can include a complimentary gift note with your order—simply enter your message using the gift-message option at checkout. Gift wrapping is also available as an optional paid extra where shown on the product listing.

MY ORDER IS A GIFT — HOW WILL IT BE SENT?

Prices are not included inside the parcel. If you request a gift note, we will include your chosen message. Orders are sent in our standard protective packaging unless gift wrapping has been purchased.

DO YOU COMBINE POSTAGE?

Yes. Etsy should automatically combine postage when several items are ordered together for delivery to the same address. Additional charges may apply to large, heavy or international parcels.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM REQUESTS?

We are happy to consider custom requests where possible. Please message us through Etsy before ordering so we can confirm whether your request can be accommodated. Any agreed wording or design details must also be entered in the personalisation box or order notes when placing your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONALISATION AFTER ORDERING?

Our personalised orders move into production quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed. Please check all names, dates, spellings, capital letters and punctuation carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately through Etsy and we will help if production has not yet begun.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Most Amy Lucy pieces are personalised or made to order. For this reason, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on personalised or custom-made items. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us through Etsy so we can put things right. For a non-personalised item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to discuss a return.

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF OR PHOTOGRAPH BEFORE DISPATCH?

Digital proofs and individual photographs are not normally provided for our standard personalised products, as orders move promptly through production. Your item will be created using the design, colours, fonts and layout shown in the product images, together with the personalisation you provide. For fully custom products—such as “your logo” or “your wording” designs—we will provide a digital proof where this is stated or agreed before production.

SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping is combined, provided all items are going to the same address. You will pay a single shipping charge, not for each item.
