For orders in the U.S. and Canada, most items are shipped with tracking within 1-2 days. For local pickup, local delivery, or expedited shipping, please reach out.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, VAT or other customs fees as required by your country. Please check your country’s restrictions.

Once items have been shipped, couriers assume all responsibility for delay, damage or loss, and any issues or claims should be address directly with the courier.

Any shipping overcharges resulting from Etsy’s shipping system will be refunded to the buyer.

Items are hand cleaned prior to being shipped. Any item that is not cleaned, to preserve quality, will be noted in the item’s description.
