Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We ship from Japan, and once a parcel leaves the country, the delivery process is handled entirely by the customs and postal/ courier systems of the destination country. Delays may occur due to customs congestion, limited flights, carrier backlogs, weather conditions, or the heavy holiday shipping season. These factors are outside our control, and we cannot predict the exact delivery date. If your parcel is significantly delayed, we will file an investigation request with the carrier upon your inquiry. Please note that an investigation may take 1–2 weeks, and we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement until the carrier confirms the parcel as lost. Each roller only holds 3 meters. They are so cute and almost zero weight to the page. Except for the difference in texture, you can’t feel it if you run your finger over the page. Such cute designs. My students love them on their papers. **Update. It is random if it will work on your Hobonichi planner. I think the paper make be too smooth to work. It is perfect on regular or heavier weight printer paper.

These are so cute and adds such a minuscule amount of weight to the page. It is almost using stamps and ink. I am purchasing more. **update I dropped a star because I wanted to use these in my Hobonichi planner. The paper will not work with these rollers. It is fine on my cheaper paper.
