You must request the proof when you place your order. If you wait to ask, we may have already processed your order. If you are concerned about how a font will look please request a proof as refunds and returns are not accepted because of font appearance. To meet our Etsy shipping deadlines, if we have not heard back within 24 hours, we will process the order with the proof that was provided.
