It may be delayed due to customs, weather, or your location. Due to this, shipping times can vary greatly. Refer to estimated shipping times for more details. If you're within the shipping time window, hang tight! You should see it very soon. Standard shipping / lettermail, does not come with tracking so unless you select Tracked Package on checkout, I will be unable to locate your order. If you're outside of the shipping time window, please check the address that was used in your order as that is typically another common reason for lost orders. I cannot accept missing or lost item inquiries beyond 90-days of the shipping date.

What do I do if the order was shipped to the wrong address?

If an incorrect address was entered by the customer and the item has been shipped, I will wait for the order to get returned to me. Once returned, I will refund the original order cost (minus $2 shipping recovery fee). You can purchase again with the appropriate address. If you would rather not wait for item to be returned to me, please purchase another and I will refund you the item cost (minus $2 shipping recovery fee) when the original is returned. Repurchase is required for the protection of both customer and myself to be covered under Etsy's Buying & Selling Policies.

How do you calculate shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on Canada Posts' current postal rate for lettermail & parcel mail. Tracking is available as an upgrade at shipping. I am unable to track orders that are not upgraded at checkout.

How do I apply stickers to an exterior surface?

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

If you are a retailer interested in carrying my product in your store, I do offer wholesale pricing on most of my items. Please contact me and I can share my linesheet with you. If you're are simply looking to buy a few extra of something, I do offer a small discount on orders over 15. Please inquire.

How do I apply my iron-on patch?

Iron on patches can be ironed onto cotton, denim and wool. DO NOT APPLY iron on patches to waterproof rainwear, highly elasticized fabrics, rayon, nylon or similar fabrics. Remember patches can also be sewn onto fabric or garments with a single or double stitch by sewing along the border of the patch for extra security. When using an iron, set it to cotton (up to 350 degrees farenheit). Place a damp cloth over the patch and iron onto desired fabric or garment while applying firm pressure for 30 seconds. Allow patch to cool for 5 minutes. Turn fabric over or garment inside-out and iron the area behind the patch applying firm pressure again for another 30 seconds. Allow area to cool for 5 minutes.

My item is damaged...

All items are checked for quality prior to shipping. However, if there is a flaw in your item, please send me photos of item AND packaging so I can determine next steps. Damage claims will not be considered after 30 days from order date. For items damaged during shipping, I can only offer a discount on a replacement. I do not offer replacements, refunds, or returns for items in use or "wear and tear".
