TEXT EMBROIDERY: Choose from the embroidery fonts shown in the listing. Please enter text EXACTLY as you want it - the more characters you have per line the smaller your text will be. For monograms, write the letters in the order as you want to see them embroidered.

Please specify font and thread color preference. If nothing specified, we will choose ones that look best to us.

3 letter monograms are appx 3.5" wide.
Text Embroidery is 4.5"-6.5" wide per line.
Longer the text per line, smaller the lettering will be.

Unless instructed otherwise, we make the embroidery as big as possible depending on the text/font/design parameters so it looks and sews well.

If you have a long text, please also consider splitting them into lines.

If you ordered a product that comes with a mockup, you are allowed three total mockups per order at no charge. After that, mockup charges are $15 per mockup payable before production begins. Mockups are sent via Etsy messages, usually within 3-5 business days after purchase, so please watch for it. If you don't respond to the mockup within 24 hours, it will delay delivery of your order.

Camelsota goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. We accept returns for following reasons:
1) the blank items themselves are materially flawed
2) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations.
We make all our items per order so all our items are considered custom. Therefore, we are not able to accept returns except for the two reasons listed above so please check size chart and other product information carefully before placing your order.

If your order instruction is not clear, we may message you to confirm the detail, especially for custom printed or embroidered items. It is your responsibility to respond in the time frame requested, otherwise we will proceed into production with our best guess without your input.
