Return Policy for our posters, personalized notebooks, and calendars

1. Nature of our products
All our posters, personalized notebooks, and calendars are printed on demand, exclusively after receiving the customer’s order. Each item is produced according to the size chosen by the customer from the available options. Therefore, we do not keep any pre-printed stock.

2. Right of withdrawal
According to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(c) of the Spanish Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

“Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”

Our posters, personalized notebooks, and calendars are printed on demand based on the selected specifications, so returns for withdrawal are not accepted once the purchase is completed, except in the cases described below.

3. Exceptions: defective or incorrect products
If the product received:
• Has manufacturing defects,
• Arrived damaged during shipping,
• Or does not match the order placed,

the customer may request a replacement or refund. To do so:
• Contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt.
• Include photos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.
