This editable pdf certificate can be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download for free at https://get.adobe.com/reader/. Once you download Adobe Acrobat Reader, you are good to go!

Simply retrieve your pdf certificate from your downloads folder. Editable fields are --name, --for/purpose --date, and --signature, To edit, hover over the lines/fields and type your new text. The "for/purpose" text field contains up to 2 lines to enter reason for award. Text outside editable text fields are permanent.
