How long approximately will my order be delivered after shipped?

I am not also not responsible for packages returned to me for reasons out my control (ex. non-pickup, decisions made by the postal office, etc).** -For Canada: 2-10 business days -For USA: 3-15 business days -For international (outside Canada/USA): For untracked orders outside Canada/USA. Do you do worldwide shipping?

Just to be safe, please give it about 2-9 weeks (in business weeks) for delivery due to delays from the holidays, COVID and/or your local country's custom. I sadly would not be able to provide you updates on any untracked shipment as I would have as much info as you do. Would recommend tracked method so you will be provided updates and peace of mind. Do you do custom diorama orders?

Yes I do depending on the design you are looking for! Please contact me for more details and pricing. Please be aware commission cubes may take up to 3 months to process and ship out!

Return to sender shipments, returns & refunds

Any orders that are returned to me will be subject to a return fee. I will contact any return to sender package once I receive it. The item will then be held for 15 days. If shipping isn't resolved by then, the package will not be reshipped and NO refund will be issued. If you would like it to be reshipped, buyers are responsible for purchasing another shipping label + the return fee. For buyers who want a refund, they must return the product at buyer's expense AFTER contacting me to start the return. Once I receive the returned item and confirm it is in it's original condition, a refund will be issued LESS original postage cost. *Custom listings & the Stardew Valley cube are final sale and no refund/return/exchanges will be issued*

My order(s) says pre-transit. When will it update?

All orders are dropped off the postal office once a week (sometimes more if I am able to). Please give 24-48 hours for tracking to update. If your order is marked shipped during the weekend/holidays it will be processed the next business day and tracking will be updated within 24-48 hours.

When will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped out at LATEST on the dispatch date given upon ordering. However, it will most likely be way sooner than that. Currently, my shipping times is 5-21 business days

Why do your cubes take 1-4 business days to dispatch?

The reason is because all cubes are handmade by love, packed and shipped by me :) Like many small businesses on Etsy, I do not have anyone else helping me with my small business. I do try to take breaks time to time to avoid burn out; but I work hard everyday to fulfill your lovely orders before the dispatch date given upon ordering! Want to make the OMORI Basil's Birthday cube yourself? I've designed this template for you to print out so you will be able to make the diorama yourself!

*DISCLAIMER*:
This template fits a 3.5 x 3.5 x 3.5 inch (8.8 x 8.8 x 8.8 cm) cube. However, one size doesn’t fit all cubes as I have tried the acrylic photo cube sold on Amazon which were advertised bigger than my usual cubes. And I found my template doesn’t fit them; it was too big.
No worries though, there is a work around this. All you have to do is print not at 100%. Less than 100% if the template is too big for your cube; more than 100% if the template is too small for your cube.

Here is a list of supplies that will help assemble your cube:

-Clear Acrylic photo cube
-Super Glue, gel
-Thick photo paper/cardstock (what I use is 72lbs premium glossy photo paper) - 8.5x11 inch size
-Scissors
-Cutting knife/blade
-Tweezers (to held the pieces)
-Cutting mat
-Printer that can print in color
-Sewing needle/safety pin (for creasing). Bone folders can work if you find a thin one.
-Ruler (for creasing)

Bought it so I could make one for a friend's birthday but I wanted to alter it a bit and asked the seller about that,, they had instantly responded within a few minutes and was super nice. Download came with extra instructions and materials to use,, Had very helpful advice in it as well!!
