Custom and personalised orders

At the moment I am not taking custom orders however I will be updating this on my Instagram and through shop announcements!

I have accidentally ordered the wrong colour/variation, what can I do?

If you have ordered the wrong colour/variation of an item please contact me and I will happily change it for you. If your item has arrived and you have realised you have ordered the wrong colour/variation, I can either exchange the item with you paying the additional shipping cost or you will have to order another one.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

I apologise if your order is late! I ask customers to wait a few extra working days as sometimes the couriers are delayed, if it hasn’t arrived within that time I am more than happy to take further action. All orders are dispatched on time unless specified otherwise.

I have entered the wrong address, what should I do?

If you have entered the wrong address and your order hasn’t been dispatched yet please contact me and I will happily help you with this. If you have realised your address is wrong after I have dispatched your order, sadly there is not much I can do and you will have to purchase again. You as the customer have the responsibility to make sure your address is correct before ordering.

I’ve missed my package, what should I do?

If you weren’t in to collect your parcel don’t panic! You will be able to collect your package from your local post office or schedule a redelivery using the red slip given to your by the post man. You will have 18 days to collect your package.

I never collected my package from the post office, what should I do?

If you haven’t collected your package in the 18 day windows, your item will be sent back to me. However if you want your item you will have to pay for the shipping again, you as the customer have the responsibility to collect your items. If I receive your package back I will contact you.

What are your refund policies?

My refund policies can be found under the ‘policies section of my store’. Refunds are processed if the item has been damaged, the wrong item has been sent or it has been lost. I do not process refunds if you receive your item and have changed your mind. If your item has been lost in the mail then I will either refund you or send out a replacement depending on your preference.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Digital products can not be refunded. If you have confused a digital product to be a physical product I can not refund you. All my digital products are clearly labelled to avoid confusion. If you have any questions please do feel free to contact me.

How long do I have to ask for a refund?

As long as I haven’t dispatched your order you can ask for a refund. If your order is dispatched I’m afraid I cannot refund you. If your order is incorrect or damaged I am more than happy to refund or replace your order.

My tracking says my order was delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

If your tracking states your item was delivered here is the steps you should take: - Check around the outside of your house to make sure the courier hasn’t put it in any bushes or hidden it. - Check with your neighbours incase it was delivered to them by mistake. - Check with family members incase they have took it in and placed it somewhere without your knowledge. - Contact your local post office who will be able to tell you information about your delivery. - If none of this works then your package may have been stolen and you will need to file a missing package report to your post office as well as the police. Sadly I cannot refund or replace packages that are marked as delivered.

Wonderful pattern! I have never made an animal before. This was pretty straightforward other than one part. But I figured it out pretty fast. I used a 8mm hook for a larger jellyfish. It turned out so cute!
