How do I access & edit my template?

Once you made your order you’ll receive a PDF which has the links to access your template. If you can’t find the template in your email, please feel free to email us at hello@studiomayde.com

How long will it take to receive my order?

You should receive a download link in your email within five minutes of you placing your order.

Does my template link expire?

Your template will never expire, so you’ll be able to access it and make changes whenever you like.

Do you offer returns and exchanges on templates?

With the nature of the product, there are no returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital templates. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. To make sure the design is right for you, you can try before you buy. Demo links can be found within each product description. Demo links aren't available for Canva templates.

I haven't received my order, what do I do?

If you haven’t received an email with your download link, please firstly check your junk mail. If it still is missing, please email us with your order number at hello@studiomayde.com.

Can you create a custom order?
