We love to work with you to create a customized item, just for you!
At this time, we are only accepting custom orders with text on them, no graphics. Sorry, but we can't put anything copyrighted onto a block, so no song lyrics or excerpts from a book.

The technique we use is an ink transfer, and at this time we only use black ink.
Colour options for our blocks are:
>>Distressed Black (with the brown stain showing through the "hollow" letters. The amount of distressing varies.)
>>Whitewash (with black letters).

We specialize in small! Mini, tiny, cute... whatever you want to call it, our blocks are small and free-standing.
A "perspective photo" in included in each of our listings (in addition to actual measurements), so that you have an idea of the size of the blocks. The Small size is about the size of the palm of a woman's hand, so it's great for on a desk.

If your order is a gift, please just mark it as a gift, and we will 'pretty it up' a little. :)
If you would like to include a note, we will print it onto a notecard and send it along.

I accept returns, unless it's a custom order. Please contact me before returning an item.

Keep in mind that the shipping cost will not be refunded. The customer is also responsible for return shipping to Canada.

Canada Post is just very expensive to ship with for a single item. BUT.... each additional item is only a bit more , so the more items you buy at once, the less it ends up costing per item.

Our pricing includes GST/HST (if applicable), and Etsy is responsible for collecting the PST (if applicable).
