Yes, we can make personalized tungsten rings for weddings, engagements or just for friendship. We can change opal colors, the width of a ring band, the ring design, etc. Just send us a message and we can discuss the possibilities! Do you have a question regarding our rings? Send us a message by clicking on ''Message Decazi''/''Message Seller''. Don't ask questions in the buyer's note as they are invisible until we ship! (Then it's obviously too late to answer your question) Don't ask questions after purchasing that can/need to cancel the order afterward. (We only cancel orders within 3 hours after purchase). Just send us a message to know that what you have in mind is possible!

Make sure that you measure your finger correctly to purchase the right size. Tungsten and ceramic rings can't be resized due to their hardness. We always advise going to a local jeweler or store that sells rings and trying on some ring sizes with a comfort finish on the inside. We only make half sizes (US).

What is the delivery time?

DHL Express on Demand delivery delivery . dhl . com (IMPORTANT: Due to the privacy law DHL will show the name of their Service Area when tracking your order) We proudly announce that we are partnered with DHL Express & FedEx International Priority Express. What does this mean for you? The shipping time of your package is just 1-3 days* from the moment the item is picked up. WORLDWIDE. Do your rings come with a warranty?

All of our rings come with a WARRANTY. If the inlay of the ring is damaged from normal wearing, we will repair/recoat it. We do ask that you pay a small fee to cover the shipping and insurance to send you the ring back. We might ask that you send us your damaged/broken ring. (This is only for the inlay of our rings) Shipping to the USA is around €35 = $38 US dollars Shipping to Remote locations is around €60 = $65 US dollars It is at your own risk to ship the item back to us without a tracking code.

Can I add Engraving to my ring?

For engraving, we have a special product available. You can find the product at our shop category ''Upgrades''. Please do not use the "personalization field"! We need that field for personal information in order to ship with DHL Express. (After 12 hours the engraving can't be changed) When an order has been engraved, the ring is personalized and can't be exchanged. Make sure you order/know the right size. *All our rings have our logo (small) engraved in the ring

Are our rings only for Men or also for Woman?

Our rings can be worn by men and women. The size and width can be adjusted as you wish, for the male a thicker ring and for the ladies a thinner ring. We can make the width 4mm-12mm depending on the design. (The processing time for a different width can be different, please send us a message to ask about the possibilities) So not only men's rings ;)

Can I Exchange my ring when it's too small/big?

Yes, we do accept exchanges. We currently have an exchange product available. All the information can be found in the product description, but if you have any questions, just send us a message. This is because we have to make a completely new ring that takes a few days in time. All our rings are handmade to order, and therefore, we don't have every ring fully made in stock. ENGRAVED/PERSONALIZED ITEMS CAN'T BE EXCHANGED! *excluding engraved/personalized ring (It is possible that our old exchange method is visible in our products. We have made the exchange product to make the price for exchanging lower).

USA Tariffs and FREE shipping (excluding remote locations)

We offer free shipping on all our products except for remote locations. These areas are harder to reach for our courier and they charge us 2/3 times as much for shipping then normal a small part of those extra costs is charged and the rest is paid by us. The following countries are currently known as remote locations: - Australia -New Zealand - Japan - Mongolia - South Africa - Sweden - Puerto Rico Please make sure you select the right remote location if you live here! Unfortunately, since the 29th of August, the USA has implemented Tariffs, every package that will arrive through customs will have Tariffs on it. To help our customers, we keep the value low so you don't have to pay the full Tariff price.

To increase workflow we copy listings and alter them. There is always a chance that we have made a typo or forgot to swap the used materials. Please if you are not sure what material it is send us a message. We don't have black tungsten so all black rings are standardly ceramic and all silver's rings are tungsten. *if you are not satisfied with your order, the product can only be exchanged in the same size as originally ordered. If the ring needs to be another size, our exchange policy will proceed. (Unfortunately, due to abuse of our good customer service we are forced to do this)

I loved the quality of the mens ring, the smaller one was extremely disappointing and much less cool. I needed something dainty but truly wish I had picked something else. I had contacted the shop for info and it takes an entire day for them to give one message and they were not helpful. I settled because I was tired of waiting for a reply but that is my fault.

5 star Review placed 11 april full positivity 6 days later changing to 2 stars because we respond too late in the weekends. We live in a different timezone and please understand you are not the only customer. You cant expect that we respond like a “live” chat messenger. You claim that we are not being helpful but there was nothing be helped in the first place, an order was placed and thats it. The rings are exactly made as listed and the 5 stars you gave us proved that point. Unfortunately we did not respond in the timeframe you demanded and changed it from 5 to 2. Luckily We have 5000+ 5 stars that proof otherwise. We hope you have a great day, we are going to recover for 2 days as Etsy punishes shop very hard that receive a low rating.
