Do I need a Canva Pro account to use these templates?

No! All of my templates are designed to be fully compatible with both Free and Pro Canva accounts. If a Pro-only element is included, I will clearly state it in the listing description.

How do I access my templates after purchase?

After your payment is confirmed by Etsy, you will receive a PDF document in your account downloads. This PDF contains a direct link to the templates in Canva. Just click the link, and Canva will automatically open and prompt you to "Use Template."

Can I share the template link with others?

No. The template link is for your personal or business use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing the template, any parts of the template, or the link is strictly prohibited.

How do the 'Smart Mockups' work?

Smart Mockups are special frames in Canva that you can drag and drop your image into. Each mockup object is independent and moveable, can be duplicated, layered, or rotated. Some have separate colour-editable sections, and all have editable drop shadows. Simply drag your design from the 'Uploads' folder over the mockup image, and edit the colour sections and drop shadow. Each mockup product comes with its own individual set of instructions.

Can I change the colors and background of the mockups?

Yes, absolutely! All my templates are fully customizable. You can easily change the colors, backgrounds, drop shadow intensity, and even move elements around to perfectly match your brand aesthetic.

Do the mockups include the photo props/background images shown in your examples?

The listing photos show examples of what the finished mockup looks like. The template itself will contain the blank mockup frame ready for you to add your design. Some mockups have pre-made backgrounds that can be removed. Other mockups have moveable props. Designs added to the mockups that are shown in the listing images are not included.

I accidentally deleted a page/element. Can I get it back?

Yes! The link you receive creates a brand new copy of the template in your Canva account. If you make a mistake, simply click the link in your downloaded PDF again to get a fresh, undamaged copy.

I can't find my download link. Help!

Downloads are available through your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews section. If you purchased as a guest, the link will be in your receipt email from Etsy. Please note: Etsy does not allow digital downloads through the mobile app.

I need help with my template. Do you offer support? Do you accept custom orders?

I'm happy to help with template access and basic troubleshooting. However, I cannot provide detailed instruction on how to use Canva's features. Canva offers many excellent tutorials online! Custom orders are accepted and are quoted on an individual basis. Canva has some limitations so custom mockups requiring perspective angles aren't supported. If you are interested in a custom order, please send me an Etsy message with your requirements.
