📦 Where is my order?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order is prepared and weighed, a shipping label is created and you will receive a tracking number via email. If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office as soon as possible, as sometimes packages are scanned incorrectly and may arrive the following day. If your package is marked as lost or shows no movement for 30 days, you will be eligible for a refund. Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by USPS Once a package is shipped, it is under USPS handling and control

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. We do not have control over delivery times or handling. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local USPS office directly.

Orders may be canceled only if they have not been marked as “Pre-Transit.” Once an order is marked as Pre-Transit, it means it has already been processed and is no longer in our possession, and cannot be canceled.
