If your item arrives and it has some white specks from the crayons rubbing during shipment just take an alcohol wipe and it will clean them right off.

When will my order ship?

Please before placing an order check the arrives by timeframe. Many items will ship way sooner than what is listed but during busy seasons it may take longer for an item to ship.

What happens if an item arrives broken?

Occasionally an item will break during shipping. We try to prevent that as much as possible. If that happens please send a picture within 7 days of receiving the item and the broken item will be replaced.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Any item returned from an international order due to custom charges, or import taxes will not be refunded.

If you place an order of the graduation crayons you will receive them all but they will be placed in the box differently than the picture to help prevent them from breaking. On arrival they can easily be put back in order of the picture if you choose.

Makayla's Crayon Creations likes to reuse shipping boxes. You may notice your order comes in a previously used box. We strive to recycle shipping boxes as often as we can.

Items returned to seller

Any order that is returned due to improper address being given will be the buyers responsibility to pay to have item shipped again.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We currently do not offer gift wrapping or personalized box labels at this time.

This adorable set of crayons is a perfect gift for the soon to be graduate. They are great gifts for students from teachers, parents and grandparents. Each set comes with 7 crayons that includes graduation cap and diploma shaped crayons in a gift box. Each set is made from brand new nontoxic name brand (most popular brand) crayons. Colors may vary.

Shipping: The crayons will ship in a different order than pictured above to protect them during shipping. On delivery of them you can easily place them as pictured in the order above if you so choose.

If you need your item soon, please select the most appropriate shipping method so your item can hopefully reach you in time for your event. If your item qualifies for free shipping the item will ship via USPS parcel select ground (approx. 2–8-day delivery) unless another shipping method is cheaper. If you need an item faster than that, you will need to pay to upgrade to a faster shipping method at checkout.

I do not accept returns or refunds. If a graduation shaped crayon breaks during shipment, please notify me within 7 days of delivery and a replacement graduation shaped crayon will be sent.
