Can I ask for a specific size?

We provide 1 free resize per printable product ordered, so when you place your order, simply send another message with your sizing requirements. We will then create the file for your exact needs and send you a download link within 24 hours :) If the resize needed is larger than the maximum standard size, please contact us prior to purchase to verify if a resize can be done.

Frame TV: What Frame TV Art file will I receive?

You can find a precise list of the files included in each listing description. All the Frame TV images we sell are 4K resolution, 3840 x 2160 pixels. They are a perfect fit for any 16:9 tv display. As long as your TV supports uploading external images, these should display beautifully. For Collections, you will receive a pdf file with a link to the complete collection purchased.
