My Angel Policy
My angel policy allows you to create and sell finished, fully assembled journals and other physical papercraft items for small-scale resale (fewer than 500 units per design) as unique creations, incorporating your own creative touch. For example, you can sell your completed, fully assembled projects at local craft shops, fairs, or online.

Credit must be given to Emma Parrish for the original designs, with a link appreciated. This credit should be clearly displayed in the product description when selling online or in any accompanying materials where displaying it online is not possible.

Reselling or sharing files or unassembled kits, in whole or in part, whether digitally or in printed form, is strictly prohibited. You are NOT permitted to simply print and resell my designs, whether as standalone items, small craft products like stickers, labels, or embellishments, or as part of a "kit." These items are intended for use in your own creative, unique craft projects, not for mass production or resale in their printed or digital form. Any use that competes with this shop is strictly prohibited.

Alteration and Unique Creation
Your finished, fully assembled product must be distinct and creatively enhanced by incorporating other materials, such as additional printed elements, lace, or embellishments.
For kits requiring prescribed construction (e.g., interactive folios and many of my papercraft kits), you may sell your finished, fully assembled items with minimal additional embellishments.

Reproduction, Resale & Redistribution
You may not reproduce, alter, redistribute, or resell my designs, in whole or in part, either digitally or in print, whether "as is" or with changes or additions. You may not claim these designs as your own work or use them in any way that competes with my store.

File Sharing
You may not share these files in any form—digital or printed. This includes printing the designs and swapping or sharing them with others who have not purchased the design.
One purchase = one user only. Sharing of purchased files, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

Print-on-Demand (POD) and Sublimation
My designs are not to be used for print-on-demand (POD) or sublimation products (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, etc.). These items are meant solely for printed, assembled papercrafting projects.

Commercial Licenses
Some of my items (e.g., templates) are available for sale with a built-in commercial license. This license allows you to sell the finished projects created using these templates to end-users (e.g., as journal or papercraft projects/kits). You are not permitted to use these kits to create other, for e.g., template or clip art kits for sharing or resale.
Your creations must include your own creative work and cannot be sold "as is." Selling the items, either in whole in part, without significant alterations is prohibited.
Items with a commercial license will be clearly indicated in their main title. For any questions or to inquire about commercial licenses, please contact me directly.


Violating these terms may result in legal action.

Please note, as I am sure you are already aware, your physical prints may appear different in print than on the screen due to a whole range of monitor/ printer differences. The final print will depend on the type of printer and paper used. For best results, always use a heavy, good quality paper/ card intended for your printer.

In line with Etsy policy I am unable to accept returns for digital items. If you have a problem with your order please let me know as soon as you are able. I create these papers for your enjoyment and I absolutely love making them. If you have a problem, I will do my best to help. Your enjoyment of them is very important to me.
