The print I want isn't available in a certain size - can I request a custom size?

Yes! All my prints are available to print in larger or smaller sizes, by request. Contact me via Etsy or Instagram and we can organize this.

Can I track my order?

Yes! All prints are shipped using Australia Post, with a tracking number provided unless otherwise specified. This will be provided to you when your order is dispatched. Stickers, cards and A6 prints are sent via Letter Post and do NOT come with tracking. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Are your commissions open?

Yes! To order a commissioned piece, see my commission listing ("Custom Commission Floral Art") or message me via Etsy or Instagram. Processing time varies based on my work schedule and the details of your commissioned piece, but I will keep you updated every step of the way.

As much as I wish I could control the postal system, once your order has been shipped it is entirely out of my hands. Occasionally items are lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address - please understand that as a seller, this is out of my control. Please contact me with any concerns about your order - I will try all I can to help resolve the issue, but please understand I have no more control over the post than you do.
