What do I need to use these brushes and canvases?

To use my Procreate brushes, canvases, and color palettes, you will need: -an iPad compatible with Procreate -an Apple Pencil (or a stylus compatible with pressure sensitivity) -Procreate version 5.0 or higher

How do I download my files?

Etsy digital downloads must be accessed through a web browser, not the Etsy App. On your iPad or computer: -Go to Etsy.com using Safari or Chrome -Log in with the account used for your purchase -Tap Account → Purchases & Reviews -Find your order and click Download Files

I’m using an iPad — where is the download button?

The Etsy App does not allow digital downloads. You must open Etsy.com in a browser (Safari/Chrome) → log in → go to Purchases & Reviews → download normally.

My download only contains a PDF. Where are the brushes?

The PDF includes a secure download link to a Dropbox/Google Drive folder containing: .brushset files .swatches (color palettes) .procreate canvases bonus files (if included)

How do I install the brushes in Procreate?

Download your files to the Files app -Tap any .brushset, .procreate, or .swatches file -Procreate will open automatically and install them.

Where do I find my color palettes once installed?

Open the Color Panel → scroll to the bottom → your palette will appear there.

The file won’t open or says “unsupported file type.” What do I do?

Check that: -You downloaded via browser, not the app -Your Procreate is updated to version 5+ -You unzipped the file (if needed) -Your iPad storage is not full -Important: restart your ipad (sometimes it happens) If you still need help, message me — I answer quickly!

Can I use these brushes for commercial projects?

Yes — your purchase includes a Standard Commercial License, allowing use in: -client work -art prints -stickers -POD items -surface pattern design Not allowed: -reselling, sharing, or redistributing the brushes -claiming the files as your own

Do these brushes work on Photoshop or other programs?

No — they are designed exclusively for Procreate for iPad. They will not work on Photoshop, Illustrator, Fresco, CSP, or desktop software.

Do you offer refunds on digital items?

Due to the nature of digital files, refunds cannot be offered. However, I’m always here to help you — if you have any issues, message me and I’ll take care of it.
