Our products have a 30-day return policy. If your dog doesn't fall in love or if you change your mind, just let us know within 30 days of your delivery date. While we know that your pup might want to roll around in dirt before sleeping in their new Laylo bed, we kindly ask for you to clean their paws until you are confident that it will be their forever bed. Returns will receive a prepaid return label and once inspected, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $10 combined shipping and restocking fee. We do not accept returns for dirty or damaged items due to normal use.
