Each product is hand-made, in house per your specifications, we generally do not accept returns nor exchanges. However, we strive to provide the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any issue or question you have about your order. Should you request a different color, we will ask you to cover the shipping fees both ways and costs associated with the remade/recoated part to be assessed at time of contact.

Use caution when opening your items. We take extreme care to package each order to ensure your product does not get scratched. Use caution when opening with scissors or sharp objects. Do not scratch your items by using sharp objects to open the packaging.

Items Damaged during Shipping/ Items Damaged after we ship them out.

Before our items leave our hands, they are in great condition and packaged with extreme care, to ensure your product does not get scratched or damaged. However, we have no control over the package once it is shipped and in the shipping carrier's hands. Very rarely we are contacted because product arrives damaged. Because of this all items have insurance. In the event an item gets damaged in transit the buyer is responsible to file a claim to be reimbursed. Pictures of the damaged package and invoice may be needed.

Custom and personalized orders

If you request a custom design, please see our custom design listing which includes details on the cost & process. BUYER assumes responsibility to acquire any permissions necessary for design images provided. When ordering a custom design, buyer accepts responsibility for any copyright issues that may arise from providing images. We also reserve the rights to reuse custom images. Each item that is ordered personalized with a custom grafic design or personal message: A mock-up/proof will be provided by email for customers approval. If we receive no response the item will be shipped out to meet our shipping deadline.

Jeep Color Closest Matches & Custom Color request

Closest matches are powder coat colors that get as close to factory automotive paint as possible. Not always exact. If in doubt order a swatch. We can help you with ordering swatches, however there may be a small fee involved.

As stated in each of our Foot Peg descriptions, these are designed as a decorative, personalized place to rest your feet. They are NOT designed for use as a step or stand. These are decorative only and not designed to hold substantial weight. Our one-piece Shepherd Hook height is standard 60 inches from base to curved top of the shepherd hook. If you would like shorter height the cost is the same, just let us know at checkout. 54” tall to the hang height (where you place item on hook to the ground) 60" Overall height. The opening between the hang hook and the post/pole is 14" wide. We have offer Shepherd Hooks taller than 60" in two pieces (because of shipping cost due to length). See each item for details. 72" tall to the hang height (where you place item on hook to the ground) 80" Overall height. The opening between the hang hook and the post/pole is 14" wide. If you would like shorter height the cost is the same, just let us know at checkout.

Our foot pegs are not cheaply made, very high-quality. We take pride in making sure every set that ships out is perfect and packaged well. Notice our peg/bar on the side to help hold foot from slipping. Notice the extra protection of the rubber bumper on side to protect jeeps paint. No pins (to easily removed) used on our product when installing, we use washers and nuts to help prevent theft. When someone sees your new foot pegs, they will want a set.

Sold as a Pair- one driver-side and one passenger-side.

NOT FOR USE as a step-up or stand- pegs are designed as a place to rest your foot after doors are removed.
