We do not accept returns of personalized or custom orders. We do accept returns or exchanges of non-personalized items, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

In the event your package was returned to us by the courier due to an incomplete shipping address, incorrect shipping address, or if the package was refused, we can resend it to a correct and confirmed address but the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.
