Can I enclose a gift note?

I'm sorry, but with the way that my shop works, I cannot enclose any gift notes at this time.

Is there a guarantee I'll receive my item by a certain date?

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request when you choose regular shipping. Due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control. However, express priority shipping is available at checkout. Please note, this does NOT mean that the processing time will be shortened.

Is this shirt/sweatshirt/hoodie unisex?

Unless EXPLICITLY stated, 99% of our apparel is unisex.

Why did I only receive one of my items?

Different items have different processing times, so they ship out separately. For example, if you order a shirt and a mug, and only received the mug, rest assured, your shirt is still on its way to you. However! If you ordered the same type of item (for example: 2 shirts, OR 2 mugs, OR 2 sweatshirts) and you didn't receive all of them, please do let me know. I will get the rest of it out to you ASAP!
