If you fear dinner time, and making decisions about how to feed your family in a healthy and balanced way is almost impossible, you NEED this meal planner Hello! I'm Sara Dominguez. I'm a Youtuber, mom, working woman and... usually, dinner time for me USED to end in frozen pizza or steak with potatoes.

But over time, and with a simple method I have managed to create a weekly meal plan that helps me save time when cooking for my family, and money on the weekly purchase.

This digital meal planner is the tool you need to make sure you have all your meals covered. The document comes in PDF format that you can use on your iPad or Android tablet using applications such as Notify or GoodNotes.

1 x Inventory page that you can fill out every week, this will help you know exactly what's in your kitchen and what recipes you can make during the week with what you already have.
2 x pages for the shopping list, one by default sections and one blank. This way you will save money by buying only what you need and avoid impulse or duplicate purchases.
12 x Monthly planners, one for each month of the year, so you have a bird's-eye view of what the family eats
48 x weekly planners, so you can plan your breakfasts, lunches and dinners every week of the year.
40 x pages of recipes for you to put your favorite recipes and have them all at hand and the ingredients you will need during the week. Divided into sections: starters, soups, salads, vegetables, fish, meats, desserts and others (in case you can think of another category!)
20 x pages of notes for you to write down what you need.


PRODUCT: This meal planner is for instant digital download and no product will be shipped ***THIS PRODUCT IS DESIGNED FOR YOUR TABLET*** you will need to DOWNLOAD the Notability or Goodnotes app to use it, and it works best with a stylus (e.g. Stylus). You will receive a file in .ZIP format that you will have to extract on your tablet.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD: When you log in to your Etsy account, click on the "You" tab and look for the "purchases and reviews" section. Locate this purchase and click to download. The file comes in a folder .ZIP, once downloaded you can extract the PDF document on your tablet.
