Fabric Colors and Descriptions

We describe the colors, design and scale of the fabric to the best of our ability. Color hues may vary on different monitors. Should you have any questions about the fabrics, please contact us prior to ordering. We recommend ordering samples to see the true color of the fabric in your home.

Custom Cuts in Half-Yard Increments

The minimum order per design is one yard. Should you need a half-yard cut above and beyond one yard, please send an email request for the yardage required starting at 1.5 yards and we will send you a custom listing.

All fabrics are drop-shipped by the manufacturer. They are shipped on the bolt. Cut yardage is not available for return or exchange. In order to insure you are purchasing the right fabric for your home, we highly recommend ordering a sample.

How to Order Samples:

► #1 - Browse through the shop and create a list of the fabric samples you would like to see.

► #2 - Locate the Fabric Name within the item description. The images above will show you where this information is located in each type of listing. On most devices, you will need to click the area titled Item Details to expand the information.

► #3 - Before you Add to Cart, please fill in the Personalization Box with the SP numbers for each fabric. Please see above images to find the location for this information. It can be found in the title (SP 1024, for eg) or within the description or in the drop down menu.

- Use the Quantity drop down to select the number of samples desired. Please note: Each sample is a cost of $6.00.

**We recommend that you purchase a sample of the fabric you are interested in before ordering any yardage. Colors and scale are best determined when reviewing the fabric in your home.

FAQ's:

Q. How big are the sample cuts?

A. The will range in size from 4" x 4" to 12" x 12", depending upon the scale of the design. Please note: For most of the large scale embroidered designs, the sample cut will show the colors and weave only. If you want to determine the full scale for your project, we recommend buying one yard.

Q. How are they shipped?

A. All samples are sent out via US Mail with tracking.

Q. What if I can't find the Fabric Sample Name?

A. You can copy and paste the fabric link.

Q. When will the sample ship after the order is placed?

A. All samples are sent within 1-5 business days.

Q. What is the cost?

A. Each sample cut is a cost of $6.00. Shipping cost (for US Customers) is a flat $4.95 which includes tracking.

Q. What if there is a back order on the fabric?

A. If we are unable to get samples due to back ordered fabric, you will receive an email notification shortly after your order is placed. We will offer to substitute the sample or provide a full refund.
