Most amazing boots ever
I was skeptical about ordering a pair of boots from this website for my daughter for Christmas. I expressed this to Dandelie via Etsy messaging and was assured that they would let me return/exchange the boots if they did not fit. Well, they did not fit. They were too tight around the calf area. Dandelie told me to try having them stretched, which I did. Still too tight. And now she won't take them back because I had them stretched AT HER ADVICE!! And I wanted to exchange for a different style... I wasn't even asking for a refund! There is more to the story, but the bottom line is... do not trust that they will make it right if the boots don't work out.

Hello heather, We sincerely feel sorry that the boots do not fit. We explained that you can stretch the calves of the boots around 1 to 2 inches (2.5 to 5.1 cm). You asked for a return/exchange 45 days after delivery. We have a 14-day return policy after delivery. We told you that we would accept your return, even though the boots are tampered with (stretched) and passed our 14-day return policy. Due to that the boots are not new anymore, we would not be able to sell this pair. You demanded that we would pay for the return, due to that this is not within our policy we could not adhere to a free return. As a result you told us you would send a bad review about us. We truly feel sorry about that the boots do not fit as we wish every customer many happy walks with our handcrafted boots.
