In order to get a very accurate BODY MEASUREMENT, try to wear clothes which fit closely or wear nothing at all.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline. The natural waist is the narrowest part of your waist.

Hip: Measure the circumference around your hips at the widest point. This will usually be roughly just above the crotch line.

Crotch Depth: Hold a measuring tape vertically from your waist (narrowest part) to the seat of the chair. Keep the end of the measuring tape firm against your waist and pull the tape down along the curve of your hip until you reach the chair. This gives you the crotch depth measurement.

Inseam: Distance from the uppermost part of your thigh to the floor.

Length: Distance from waist to the floor.

Yes, I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations but I want to minimize the environmental impact on the planet and reduce waste, so I kindly ask you to pay close attention to the size chart before purchasing. Size chart is available in the image section of each listing. For returns or exchanges please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Make sure that all shipping charges, including the return shipping, are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for them. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All items are made to order and as I am a one-person shop, please allow me 7 - 10 business days for production. This time rate doesn't include the shipping time. I will do my best to make the process as short as possible.

*If you think your measurements do not match up to ARNAZAROVA sizes, you may also request a CUSTOM ORDER in which you are asked to provide your WAIST, HIP, CROTCH DEPTH and INSEAM body measurements. You will find "Request Custom Order" button on the shop's homepage.
*Since sewing patterns will be drafted based on customers' measurements and the item will be sewn accordingly, please make sure that it will include additional fee and returns of customized or personalized orders are not accepted. They are non-refundable.
