- Prices are based on the longest length of the decal. The length can either be the horizontal or vertical length - whichever is the longest. eg. if you would like to purchase a decal for a vertical mirror, purchase the size that you would like the total height of the decal to be. Purchase whichever is the greater size.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Choose your desired size and color.

2. Type in the custom words and font style in the personalization box. Please find the list of fonts here: Listing photo 5

*Please provide any relevant information about your design and describe how it should be written.

ie.
- word placements (how it should be written)
- only use this particular font for this specific word
- Fit the quote in 3 lines.
- Capital letters for ______

3. I will send you a mockup/proof for approval via Etsy messaging once the listing is purchased BEFORE we print and dispatch your order. Please check your messages and make sure that emails coming from ETSY are making it into your inbox to prevent missing out on your Mockup Preview. Failure to approve design will result in the design being extended for a few days and then finalised with chosen font and text provided.


SIZES

If your design is more than 60 x 60 cm, your decal may come in 2 parts. This is because our cutter has a one side maximum of 55 cm. But don't worry, this makes installation much easier!

The sizes listed are for the length of the entire decal. Total height of the decal will vary depending on font choices and number of letters. The more letters/characters you want, the smaller the letters will be.

ie. The word 'Beach' will have a bigger height than the word 'Beach life'

MOCKUPS

A mockup will be sent via etsy messages 1-2 business days before dispatch date. Please check your messages and make sure that emails coming from ETSY are making it into your inbox to prevent missing out on your Mockup Preview. Failure to approve design will result in the design being extended for a few days and then finalised with chosen font and text provided.


MATERIAL

Our decals are made with Oracal 631 self-adhesive Removable Vinyl, one of the BEST vinyls due to its durability, versatility, and ease of use. Oracal 631 vinyl has a matte finish that makes it ideal for creating non-reflective decals. It's water-resistant and can withstand normal wear and tear, but is also easily removable if you only want to use it for an event. Once removed, our decals are not reusable. It can be applied on any flat smooth surface such as mirrors, walls, acrylic, windows, doors and etc. No fabric material.


PRODUCTION / SHIPPING

Our production time is 2-5 business days from when you place your order and make payment. We use Australia Post to ship all our products. You will receive a tracking number for your order. After we DISPATCH your order, depending on the shipping option and location, these are the following ESTIMATES :

WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Standard Shipping : 3 - 8 Business Days
Express Shipping : 1 - 3  Business Days

INTERNATIONAL 
Standard Shipping : 7 - 18 Business Days
Express Shipping : 4 - 10 Business Days

*Our shop, like any major retailer, cannot guarantee these times and be held responsible for delivery failures caused by Auspost. We do not offer refunds for late deliveries so we strongly recommend upgrading your shipping to ensure timely delivery of your order. Upgrades can be found at checkout.

For Domestic Orders: We kindly ask you to allow an additional 4 days for transit before reaching out to us regarding undelivered packages.

For International Orders: Please extend this waiting period to an extra 8 business days.

Regrettably, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times or offer refunds for late arrivals due to occasional regional or customs delays. We encourage you to continue waiting for your order for a reasonable timeframe, taking into consideration local circumstances such as forest fires or pandemics that could impact delivery.


CUSTOMS FEES:

It's our legal requirement for us to label all shipped items as merchandise. Please note that international shipments may be charged import fees/handling fees. The cost you pay for shipping to Liemanco solely covers the expense of getting your package to your country's border. Please note that you, as the customer, are accountable for any additional import, customs, or handling fees that may be assessed by your country. We highly recommend that you investigate these potential costs before finalizing your purchase.


MORE INFORMATION:

This is a custom listing therefore it is NON-REFUNDABLE. It takes some time creating your custom designs so if your order is cancelled after we have created the design, you will be charged a non-refundable design fee of $8. (This will depend on the order though, some designs are much more complex and take longer time to create due to back and forth changes. This fee will be much higher).
