Is commercial licensing included?

YES! In physical form only - for the cut files (not thermal labels, personal use only) You can sell finished cups, tees, etc. HOWEVER, the commercial use license is for at-home crafters with cutting machines. You can NOT use my files for Print On Demand or Ready To Press Transfers of any kind. no cup prints, sub, DTF, nothing similar. You cannot resell my graphics in any digital form. Modified or not, you may NOT use my graphics to sell ANY form of digital item. You may use them in any physical form including but not limited to making t-shirts, cards, decorations, signs, etc. With no item count selling limit for small business use. File is not loading in my program

Let's figure out why! Please note the corresponding programs and files below: SVG - Cricut Design Space, Brother Scan N Cut, Silhouette Designer Edition* DXF - Silhouette Studio (free version)**You need to be inside Silhouette Studio and upload from within the program for the file to upload properly. EPS - Make The Cut, also for vector use in many design programs. PNG - For printing and web use. .png is a universal file type. Crafters most use this file type for making stickers, tags, etc. Most used programs include Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, Paint (PC), Preview (Mac), etc. You will need to resize the PNG image to the size needed within these programs.

I changed my mind/it it not what I thought it was

Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of the file, I do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with the file itself, I will try to help the best I can if you send me a msg here on Etsy.

I paid, where is my file?

As soon as Etsy processes the payment (which is usually instant) An email is sent to you with the download link This is something I have no control over. Be sure to check your junk mail under the email that is on file with Etsy. If you click on the order number on the screen, that often will refresh the page and a download file option will pop up. Another way to find your download is to log into your Etsy account, then click on “You" then "Purchases and Reviews". The download will appear under past purchases.

My payment still says processing, what do I do?

Any issues with payment are not in my hands, Etsy controls this portion of the transaction, I do not. Your best solution is to contact Etsy, especially when the order reflects “Processing”. If you message me, I can tell you whether it went through or not or if it’s still processing but this is all. Nothing can speed it along on my end. I cannot push through or refund or cancel the order, contact Etsy customer service. Another way to verify if the order went through is to look on your Etsy account under "You" and then "Purchases and Reviews".

How do I open a zip folder

Most files come in a zip file because of the upload size limits. If you are on a Mac, find the download file, double click and your file will unzip and create a new regular folder. Windows, find your downloaded file, right click, unzip. If you work from your phone or iPad you usually need an app that supports this type of file. Those devices generally do not support SVG files either. It is the buyers responsibility to know how to use the files as it is stated in my terms on each listing description. I guarantee my files work because I test them and I will under no circumstances issue a refund if you can't access the file due to the zip folder. I recommend you always work from a desktop.

I don't see the SVG file, it's missing?

I promise you the SVG file has been included if the listing says it is part of that bundle. It is the file I test and start with. Depending on your computer you may not see it as an "SVG" you may see an .html format. Your file may look like a google chrome symbol or internet explorer symbol. Some systems do this. Double click and open that file, it will open a webpage. Do a "file save as", it will already pre populate as a .svg format. Save it where you normally would then import that svg file into Design Space.
