Yes and no. Every file you buy allows you to use it on printed/physical items that YOU yourself make by hand and sell off line, Paper products assembled, ect... So, for example, if you make paper dolls with a file you bought, you can sell them off line. You may use the product in a workshop, or classroom, and scrapbooks you sell, but not sell the collage sheet. Not allowed If you're just uploading them to a site like Zazzle, or selling digital files that is NOT allowed. You CANNOT sell any of these design files as digital art, downloads, , or upload them to a crafting site.
