HOW TO ORDER
- Choose how you'd like to receive the labels from the drop-down box above (Digital, Print/cut Label or Qty of Peel & Stick labels). Digital file will be emailed to the email address on the order. Print and cut file will be emailed to the email address on the order. Peel and stick labels will be sent via USPS first class mail to the address on the order. Shipping is Free for US buyers only! There is a fee for priority or Express shipping and shipping to Canada and other countries.

- Choose your colors, wording, or theme for the labels. The colors and wording are optional and can be changed to fit your theme. There is no additional fee for customization of the label.

- Add your customization info in the personalization box or "Note to Seller" section at checkout. Include name, age (optional), and label type. If no customization is requested, the labels will be sent with the wording "Thanks for coming!" and no draft will be provided. See listing pic for label types. Default label will be for the Bath & Body Works 1oz Round Pocketbac hand sanitizer. Add label type to personalization box.

- If customization is requested, a draft will be sent via Etsy convo for approval. If changes are desired, please specify the changes via Etsy convo. A new draft will be sent with each change until approval is given. Once the draft is approved, your order will be processed, and the labels will be sent to you. If no response to approval request after 3 tries via Etsy convo, the labels will be printed/sent as shown in the draft. No refunds given if labels sent without approval.

DIGITAL FILE (No Items will ship)
Digital file is electronic which means no items will ship to you. Digital file is self-print/ self-cut. Once you receive the digital pdf of your customized labels, print as many as you need and cut them out. Full sheet sticker paper is the best option although plain white paper and your choice of adhesive would work well too. Then just apply the labels to the bottle.

PRINT/CUT LABEL (Digital- No items will ship)
The print & cut label is just the electronic label design itself that can be uploaded into a die cutting machine software to be printed and cut by the machine such as a Silhouette Cameo or Cricut. Instruction for the print/cut option is not provided as it is assumed that if you have die cutting software and a die cutting machine you are already familiar with the process.

PEEL & STICK
The labels are printed onto matte (not glossy) sticker paper and pre-cut then mailed to you. The peel & stick labels are water resistant. Once you receive the labels in the mail, peel pre-cut label and apply to bottle. No additional work needed. So easy to use! You can label all bottles in a matter of minutes!

SHIPPING/DELIVERY
A draft will be sent for approval of the label within 48 business hours of receipt of the order. Once the draft approval is given, the labels will ship via USPS first class mail for delivery within 2-5 days with tracking to US buyers for free. USPS does not guarantee on time delivery for first class mail. For faster shipping, purchase priority or express shipping at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or damaged labels. However, your happiness is our goal. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order to see if we can help.
