Are wedding invitation samples personalized?

No, invitation samples are not personalized. All samples are sent with generic wedding information to showcase the design, paper quality, colors, and printing techniques while protecting our original designs. Samples are intended to help you experience the quality of our stationery before purchasing a full invitation order. Customization, personalized wording, and digital proofs are not included with sample purchases. These services are available only with a full invitation order.

How do I submit my wedding information?

**How do I submit my wedding information?** After purchasing a full invitation order, please complete your Wedding Invitation Details Questionnaire within 7 calendar days: https://www.whitelacedesign.com/wedding-details This form is required before design work can begin. Initial digital proofs are typically created within 2–3 business days after receiving all required information. Missing information may delay your order or result in cancellation and a refund if the order cannot be completed within Etsy's shipping timeframe. Samples do NOT include customization. Please do not complete this form for sample purchases.

How long does production take?

Initial digital proofs are typically created within 2–3 business days after receiving your completed questionnaire. Once your final proofs are approved, production typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on order details and current workload. Production time does not include shipping transit time. Please order well in advance of your wedding and review the estimated delivery dates before purchasing.

Do you offer rush production or shipping?

To ensure every couple receives the same care and attention, I do not offer rush production. All orders are completed in the order they enter our production schedule. However, expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee once your order is completed. I'm happy to provide available shipping options and pricing at that time. Please contact me before purchasing if you're concerned about your timeline!

Can I make changes after receiving my proofs?

Absolutely! You'll have the opportunity to review your digital proofs and request changes before approving your design. Please carefully review ALL wording, spelling, dates, addresses, and design details before providing final approval. Once proofs are approved, your designs are considered final and may move directly into production. Changes after approval may not be possible and could require additional fees. White Lace Design is not responsible for errors that were present in customer-approved proofs.

Can I cancel or return a personalized order?

Because personalized stationery is created specifically for your order, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once design work or production has begun, changes and cancellations may be limited. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are handled according to the policies displayed in the applicable Etsy listing and at checkout. If there's an issue with your order, please contact me through Etsy Messages so I can help!

Do you offer envelope address printing?

Yes! I offer guest and return address printing in black or white ink, depending on your selected package. Address printing must be purchased separately or selected as an add-on to your invitation order. If you've purchased addressing services, please submit your information here: https://www.whitelacedesign.com/envelope-addresses Please complete this form ONLY if you've purchased envelope address printing. Submitting an address list does not add this service to your order.

Can I customize the colors, fonts, and wording?

Yes! Full invitation orders can be personalized with your wedding wording, names, dates, and available design options. Many collections offer choices for fonts, colors, paper, and coordinating details. Customization is limited to the options included with your purchased design. Significant layout changes, additional elements, or entirely custom designs may require an additional fee. Please contact me before purchasing if you have a special request! Samples are not customizable.

What happens if there's a printing error or my order arrives damaged?

I carefully inspect orders before shipping, but if something isn't right, please contact me through Etsy Messages as soon as possible. Include photographs of any printing errors or damage so I can review the issue and work toward a resolution. Please remember that digital proofs must be carefully reviewed before approval. Errors present in customer-approved proofs are not considered printing errors. Slight variations in color between digital screens and printed stationery are normal.

Love how our invites turned out! They were so helpful figuring out the right look for us and they even sent color samples when we weren’t sure what shades we liked. The invited are exactly what we were hoping for. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
