All my ceramic pieces are made-to-order and take 4-6 weeks production time :) I know this can seem like a long time to wait for your new piece, but remember that every made-to-order piece is made for you by me, working by myself to wedge, form, decorate, dry, bisque and glaze and fire by hand! Every single piece is unique and has it's own personality and was made special for you :)

This listing is for one mug. This is a handmade mug, covered in a raised geometric pattern. The pattern was made with a hand-carved disc that was rolled over a slab of clay. Once the slab was firm enough to handle, I cut and shaped it into a mug. Each item was individually made and decorated, and is unique.

This item is perfect for a cup of coffee or tea, or any other beverage you like!

Made of recycled clay, each piece is unique and the finish can vary.

Mugs are dishwasher and Microwave safe! Lead Free. The dark coloured clay can get hot in the microwave, so I recommend using a glove or cloth to remove it after using it in the microwave.

All items are hand-made to order, unless marked as ready to ship. Since I am making each item individually based off your order, a lead time of 4-6 weeks should be expected. I will try and complete your order as fast as possible to ensure that you get your item as quickly as possible.
If you need something by a specific date please get in touch and we will figure out together what we can do to make it happen.

If any of the items in your order arrive broken or damaged in transit, please do the following:
1. Let me know as soon as possible, within 5 days of receiving your package.
2. Please provide photos of the damage
3. Please provide photos of the box if it was damaged, if not please let me know

I will replace any items that have been damaged in transit at no cost to you :) Nothing is worse than having something arrive broken, and it is just as devastating for me. The cost associated for me to replace items for free is significant, but I am happy to do it for anyone who has received a broken item!

Alternatively, we can arrange to refund the items that arrived broken, if you contact me within 5 business days of receiving your package.

I accept returns from customers in Canada but at this time cannot accept returns from customers outside of Canada.

All customized items are final sale. If you want initials engraved or any other customized item I cannot accept returns for those items.

Items that are returned will be reimbursed but customers are responsible for postage cost of returned items. I will not refund postage price on the original order.

Most of the items in my shop are made to order. This means that when you place an order, it gets added to my production queue. Pottery can be a very long process that involves many steps. From preparing the clay, to making the piece, waiting for it to dry a bit before you can add finishing touches, or assemble the different parts, then wait some more for it to dry enough to put in the first bisque firing, then glazing it, and firing it for the glaze firing.

There are a lot of steps in the process, and I work from oldest order to newest. When you place an order I am not always able to start working on it right away, as there are often other orders in the queue ahead, which is why there is a production time of about 4 weeks.

My second set of mugs from minipott. Just as beautiful as the first. Such a treat to drink from hand made mugs! They are beautiful. My first set seemed to be made of the same clay and the same or very similar glaze, but somehow the handles on the first set get really hot if I microwave my beverage. This set I was pleasantly surprised that the handle stayed quite cool! Not sure why but it’s a good thing!

I received this beautiful cup a few minutes ago, and it was impossible to break it very well wrapped. And I know it was shaped during the weekend just for me. This will be my tea cup for ever, it is exactly like advertized, original and beautiful. I recommand this store and her seller to everyone who whant something precious.
