The moon & stars motif is hand assembled on high-quality card stock with wooden safety matchsticks inside and is available in the paper and foil color of your choice for a coordinated look.

To personalize your order, please provide your paper and print color choice and the exact personalized text you want printed on the back (names, wedding hashtag, or date). We copy and paste the text exactly as submitted, so double-check spelling and punctuation. After payment is processed we will send a digital proof to your Etsy account; you must approve the proof before we begin production.

- turnaround: typically about 2 weeks to process, proof, print, and ship; some products may take 3 weeks plus 1–5 days for shipping
- proofing: your order includes two rounds of changes; additional proof rounds are $15.00 each
- shipping: we ship from Illinois with tracking; orders over $35 ship free within the continental U.S. with Standard Ground service
- destinations and restrictions: for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses we can ship using USPS Priority Mail or upgraded air options, but matches cannot be shipped via standard USPS in all cases—please select the Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico Air shipping option at checkout or ship to a continental address as an alternative
- international orders: message us with quantity, shipping country, and postal code for a shipping quote
- rush requests: if you need a faster turnaround, message us with your event date, shipping state and zip code, and quantity; expedited shipping and/or a rush production fee may apply

Proof process and approvals: once you receive the digital proof in your Etsy messages, reply with approval to avoid delays; we will hold your order for up to two weeks awaiting your approval, after which unapproved orders may be canceled. Please include your date needed in the personalization box at checkout so we can attempt to accommodate your schedule.

Returns, cancellations, and care: personalized items cannot be refunded; if you receive a defective product, please message us with photos within 7 days of receipt so we can review the issue. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, but because items are custom made we cannot guarantee cancellations once production has begun. Certain nonrefundable production fees may apply if cancellation is accepted after design or cutting has started.

Additional notes and matching items: a manufacturer's mark may appear on the bottom edge of Strike Matches. These are not mass-produced printed matches; they are crafted using an imprinting and adhesive wrapping method that supports a wide array of paper types and foil finishes.
