I just received my order and it isn't correct or my item was damaged

If we’ve made a mistake, we’re so sorry and want to make it right right away. Our goal is to create beautiful, handmade items and provide a great experience for every customer. Please send us a message with a brief description of the issue, along with a photo of the item and the latest date you would need a replacement. If a replacement cannot be delivered in time for your event, we will gladly issue a refund.

Delivered or Delayed Packages

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered and we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for that order. If your package appears delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and, when applicable, assist with a replacement or refund. Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
