When will my order ship?

Please see each listing for shipment times, as they vary. We try to get all orders out within 3 days, but sometimes it's within 12 hours and sometimes it takes up to 5 business days when we are very busy.

Why hasn't my order shipped?

If your Etsy order information is saying that it hasn't shipped yet, either there is a mistake in the tracking information, or we had a problem with your order and have been trying to contact you. We encourage customers to keep an eye on their emails in case we have a question about your order. This way we can get it out ASAP!

The tracking number Etsy gave me isn't working on the USPS website.

All tracking numbers beginning with "9" can be used to track on the US Post Office site. NUMBERS BEGINNING WITH "0" (zero) are generated by Etsy's shipping partner and have been used for First Class flats and envelopes. USPS does not offer tracking on those, so Etsy tries its best to track envelopes to keep customers informed. This tracking is not always accurate, and occasionally show packages as unshipped when they have been shipped, or delivered when they haven't been (see next FAQ for more details).

Etsy is saying that my order was delivered, but it hasn't been. What's up?

Have no fear! If your tracking number started with a "0" (please see the previous FAQ about these), there are sometimes that this happens in the Etsy system. ~~99% of the time it will be delivered within the next day or two. If you don't see it within 4 days (not including holidays or Sundays) after Etsy says it was delivered, please contact me so I can make sure you get your order.~~ If your order was sent by USPS and starts with a "9", or if it was sent by another delivery company like FedEx or UPS, you should contact that company with the tracking info right away. This especially applies to express deliveries. They will usually take care of the problem, but we are happy to help with the process if needed.

Are these decals microwave- or dishwasher-safe?

According to the manufacturers of the vinyl, you should never use these items in the microwave, and hand-washing is recommended for the longest decal life.

How long will my decal last?

This varies by manufacturer and type of vinyl. The solid colors have a 5-8 year outdoor-use rating. Specialty vinyl, like holographic or glitter, should be 2-7 years depending on usage, vinyl, and care of the items the decals are on.

Can I get a proof before you make my order?

If you have already placed and paid for your order, we will do our best to send you a proof upon request, depending on how busy we are at the time. Large orders and custom-made graphics will always have a proof sent to you for approval. All others need to be requested via Etsy message.

You don't accept returns, but what if I have a problem with my order?

If you have ANY problem with your order, please contact us right away. If you need to change or cancel your order, we ask that you do it within 24 hours. Because we want to get your order to you quickly, we sometimes make and even ship out orders in less than a day. Please let us know as soon as your are able. If you have received an order and it's damaged or incorrect, send us a message through the order info on Etsy ASAP with a photo of the problem. If it was our mistake or damaged in shipping, we will replace it for you right away.

I couldn't get the first decal to stick to the transfer tape so she sent me a new one on sticker tape. It worked out perfectly. Now everyone at work will know it is my water bottle. Shipping was fast. Decal was nice quality. Good communication from seller.
