When will I receive my order?

After hitting "submit" - your order is placed. Orders are processed within 24 hours in the order they are received. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Saturday only. Generally, customers receive their order in 7 business days or less depending where you are in the country. During Nov-Dec, processing, shipping and delivery times may be longer due to higher volume of orders, poor weather, and delays by the post office. If, by chance, you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.

Do you accept cancellations and give refunds?

NEW! I accept cancellations and will give you a refund if you send a request to cancel within 2 HOURS after purchase. Due to the personalized design nature of my products, and lack of space, I do not accept returns. I’m happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I can send a replacement. I am not responsible for replacing an item if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order. Some items are automatically sent in for printing, so I do not refund orders that cannot be personalized and you requested personalization upon ordering.

Do you offer upgraded shipping?

Yes, we offer priority mail for mugs for the United States only. Please note that there is an added cost on top of the regular shipping charge. We also offer UPS Express Shipping and UPS NextDay Airmail for mugs only. Please note that choosing USPS priority shipping does not speed up the processing time. The processing times will be longer during holidays, so plan accordingly.

Can you enclose gift notes with my order?

I'm sorry but I cannot enclose gift notes with orders. However, if your purchase is marked as a GIFT we will gladly send you a beautiful gift graphic you can then forward to your gift recipient letting them know their special gift is on it's way! Also, whether or not an order is marked as a gift, we never include the price on the packing slip.

Do you offer Bulk or discounts for mugs?

I offer bulk or wholesale orders for 11 oz or 15 oz WHITE MUGS ONLY. Minimum 12 or more mugs per order. The shipping is free! The more mugs you buy, the less it costs per mug. To order bulk, message me and I will give you the current link to the bulk order listing. Discounts: When you buy more than one mug, a shipping discount is automatically given at checkout. Shipping for mug sets has already been discounted and the price is on the listing.

Is there a guarantee that I will receive my item by a certain date?

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request when you choose regular or standard shipping. The range of delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy and may change depending upon what point we are at in the processing time. Also, due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff or out of stock products, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control.
