Missing | Delivered But Not Received | Stolen Package Policy
Last year over 49 million people had a package stolen. Here at Corbin Street Blanks we would like to offer you a couple tips in order to keep you off of this list. 📮
1. Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you don't receive your item due to the wrong address that you provided you will be responsible for re-ordering costs. Sorry 😢
2. Your order is automatically insured for $100 from the USPS. This is great but the process takes time to file and make a claim and tends to be very difficult with the GPS tracking that is provided with each package. With porch thieves on the rise, they too are diligent in tracking packages.
3. Please review the email that is sent when the package is shipped. It will give you all of the information to know when to expect the package. It is also updated regularly in the process of delivery, sometimes dates change. This will be reflected in looking up your tracking number.
4. Good General Practice: Contact your carriers and provide them a destination of a safe and secure spot for your package to be delivered.
5. Know that we are doing everything at Corbin Street Blanks to provide a smooth transaction from start to finish, but we are unable to guarantee the delivery of your package once it has left our door, we also put our trust in the USPS in getting it to you safely.
6. In the case of a missing package, delivered but not received or damaged package. We will work diligently with you in resolving your issue. If a package is missing we suggest asking your household and neighbors if they might have grabbed the package to keep it safe for you. Also contact your local post office as they can provide you with the exact place that the package was delivered. If you still can not find your package please submit a "help request" via Etsy message in your order to start the process. This process is not immediate and will take 48 hours after the initial request or "delivery" of the package for you to receive a button to "open a case" then Etsy starts the process of Etsy Purchase Protection. *Please note that Corbin Street Blanks are NOT able to initiate this process. You the purchaser needs to initiate the process and we are here to assist you in any way possible.*
7. We also suggest contacting your local police and filing a report for a stolen package. This will help in the process, please make sure that you do obtain the officer's name, incident number, date and time of filing the report.
8. We know that this is not a position that any of us would like to find ourselves in and we are here to help you through the process. Although we can not replace your order immediately, we will work with you, Etsy and the USPS to find a resolution for any of your delivery issues that may arise.
9. If you deem that you would like a replacement order shipped before this process can be completed we will be happy to assist you at a discounted amount but we are unable to fully replace the order at our cost.
