With this very detailed pattern, you can make a mini Border collie dog.

This is a moderate pattern to crochet. Most parts work up pretty easily, but the reversed loop stitches for the head, chest and tail take some extra effort.

Size of finished doll: If you use the recommended yarn, your Border Collie will be 5.1 inch /13 cm sitting

Materials
For this crochet dog you’ll need worsted weight Lètt Lopi yarn and an E US/3.5 mm crochet hook. You’ll need two colours of yarn: white, Lètt Lopi 0051 (1/6 of a 100-yard skein) and black, Lètt Lopi 0059 (1/5). For the eyes I’ve used 8 mm animal safety eyes. You will also need fibrefill and pellets for extra weight in the body (I use Hama beads). A pipe-cleaner to make the tail bendable is optional.
