Ashwagandha is one of the most popular Ayurvedic herbs because of its adaptogenic (stress-reducing) effects. Many people like to drink it before bed. It's very grounding and nourishing and has a mildly warming energetic effect. It's great mixed with Chai spices or in hot cocoa (or cinnamon-spiced hot cocoa). Grind it in a coffee grinder for recipes that call for Ashwagandha powder.

Your tea will come in a kraft paper tin tie bag with a handwritten name on the label.

Please note: This is a heavier tea ingredient so 1 oz is not very much by volume. I highly recommend buying more than 1 oz. I can ship 4 oz for the same shipping price as 1 oz.
