How do I access my download?

The download link will be emailed out to you once your purchase is confirmed or you could download using the steps below. HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR DIGITAL FILE: 1. Go to Your Account on the Etsy menu 2. Choose “Purchases and reviews” 3. Find the order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order) 4. The file will go to your “Downloads” folders Please note that Etsy does not provide the option to download through the Etsy app. You will need to access Etsy through your web browser on your phone and follow the same instructions as above.

Can I get a refund if I accidentally bought the wrong one or if I've changed my mind?
