Do you have tutorial or instructional videos for your custom skins?

We do! You can check them out on our Youtube Channel here: https://bit.ly/2ycg0du

Can you ship directly to my Disney Resort or Hotel?

Yes! We are located in Orlando FL and can usually have decals to your Disney Resort or Hotel in just 1 - 2 days with Priority Mail! Be sure to enter your Disney Resort info in the SHIP TO FIELDS at checkout. Enter the address like this: DISNEY RESORT NAME GUEST: YOUR NAME & ARRIVAL DATE DISNEY RESORT ADDRESS CITY STATE ZIP

What if my package was lost in the mail or shows "delivered" on the tracking but I didn't receive it?

If your package shows "delivered" on the tracking page via USPS or UPS or Fedex, we will not offer a replacement. We highly recommend that you contact the delivery company and see if they can provide further details as to where the package was left at your address. If a package never shows delivered, after 30 days, please reach out to us so we can work with you on a replacement order. We will not offer replacement shipments for orders shipped to an old address because the shipping address wasn't updated/verified by the customer prior to checkout.

How do I know which Kindle I have?

Each of our Kindle listings includes an infographic in the photos that explains how to easily identify your Kindle model. We strongly recommend ensuring you know which Kindle you have before purchasing as each one is sized to precisely fit the generation we advertise it for.

What brand & type of vinyl do you use?

We use an exclusive 3M™ vinyl that is designed for fast, easy and bubble-free application to provide a consistent, clean finish. Our skins are laminated with a 3M™ Matte or Glitter finish to create a beautiful custom device for you that will last for years but is also easy to remove and leaves behind zero sticky residue like other skins on the market!

What do your glitter decals and skins look like?

The glitter is a smooth glitter overlay that covers the entire skin and gives it just the right amount of sparkle without interfering with the design. Tip: The glitter shows up more on dark background skins than it does on light backgrounds. Our TikTok has a video comparing Glitter and Matte if you want to take a peek at @ShopEmilyG.

This was the highest quality skin I think I’ve ever put on! Plus, the coverage for the Switch 2 was absolutely amazing. All the intricate little details all had skins for the areas. So nice!!

The design and the shipping was quick and easy! Unfortunately though, the cut of the vinyl for the actual controllers did not fit as smoothly as I would have expected. The vinyl can only stick so much around the curves and the edges so it looks a little rough. I would have much preferred to have the vinyl be cut smaller as opposed to attempt to fit around the whole controller. I may just try to cut it myself so the edges bug me when I use the controllers.
