This listing is for freeze dried duck heads. Not only are they a good source of protein and fat, but they also offer enrichment for the crabs while they are eating. Hermit crabs scavenge in the wild and offering items they would likely scavenge in the wild offers another source of food as well as enrichment! These are sold individually!

Serving size for all products: ⅛ - ¼ tsp per 3 crabs. If feeding in combination with other foods, you can likely use less.

**A word of caution for those sensitive to smell--all of our items have undergone minimal processing to ensure the integrity of nutrients. Since our items are not highly processed, they retain their natural scents. For example, fish based foods will smell like fish.**

All products can be safely stored for up to two years in a cool, dark location in properly sealed containers.
