ABOUT THE SELLER
We became the change we wished to see.
At Solandis, we are a strong proponent of conscious consumption and place an emphasis on sustainability.
Mass-manufacturing has not only been detrimental to the ecosystem but also displaced local businesses.
Local artisans are being displaced from their employment and losing their livelihood because many of their customers are opting for the cheap mass-manufactured replicas.
These local craftsmen are creating something with such rich history but struggling to keep alive a tradition that is an integral part of their culture.
We want to help these local artisans and promote their exceptional craftsmanship to the world.
We maintain the same quality standard for each item while different products highlight the artisan's personal style unique to the region they originate from.
Our artisans deserve to be well-compensated for the quality of work they produce, and our customers deserve only the best.
