The item was great, just didn’t realize what I had ordered and wasn’t what I wanted
Item was not as I expected, but not a fault on either end. Apparently, I have an older model Dohm sound machine that is sized differently, so what I ordered wouldn’t fit. I explained this to Kody and sent pictures as soon as I received my order. His immediate response was to print a slightly larger sized wall mount that fits and send it to me for free. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. The mount is solid and well built. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Headed back to his store to see if Kody has any other items I could use!
