Easely Created® is a Paint and DIY Studio in Winchester, VA. If you are a seller of any type, you are not authorized to sell any of our designs in any way or form within 100 Miles of our brick and mortar location due to business conflict (our non-compete term).

All Easely Created, LLC files are copyrighted. Your purchase includes a license for personal and/or micro businesses (fewer than 5 employees) to create and sell physical products. When you purchase a EC file, you as the buyer are the only authorized person to use the file and can only sell the design as a physical item: Blanks, DIY kit or Completed Project. The design can not be made into stencils and sold as a stencil. This design is not to be used for print-on-demand services, can not be sold as a digital file in any way or form, or used by large corporations. Any use beyond 100 physical products requires a separate, extended license (message us if you think you will need an extended license before purchasing so that we can evaluate your business plan/needs). Additionally, I do not allow the use of our photos/images and I do not offer photos that are not watermarked, our images are exclusive to Easely Created, LLC.

-Your file is glowforge ready and laid out on 11x18 sheet(s)
-Design can be cut on any machine that can cut an SVG file, not just a glowforge laser
-I only USE 1/4 maple wood for all my projects and have not tested on 1/8 wood
-All our Files are color coded: cut (RED), score (Blue/Aqua) and black (engrave)

IMPOARTANT when opening/downloading your svg.
I DESIGN IS SILOUETTE: When you open your SVG file directly from the download onto your computer desktop, you will only see a portion of the file.
You will only be able to see the entire file once you have uploaded it your glowforge or other software/laser that you use to design.
Your file is complete and has everything to complete your project.

-Copyrights are the property of Easely Created, LLC. You agree to all terms when purchasing and downloading our file(s).
- Do not share this file with anyone. Only the buyer of this digital svg download is authorized to use. You may not sell this file, you may not make changes in any way to the file and you may not alter the design in any way (or use any elements of our design in part or whole) and claim as your own design.
-Vendors who purchase for other companies (large or small) are not authorized to buy our designs
-No refunds, exchanges or returns allowed on digital downloads.
- As the buyer, it is your responsibility to understand our terms of use. Our policies stand even if the listing details are not fully read by buyer (If you do not fully understand, you should reach out to our team for clarification before purchasing.) Claiming ignorance: "I did not understand", "Confused", and "Didn't fully read" is not a valid legal defense for IP infringement.
