Custom and personalized orders

Most of our items can be personalized! If you have a custom request, please contact us **before placing your order** to confirm that your personalization is possible and to determine whether any additional fees may apply. If personalization is not enabled for a specific listing, simply include your requested details in the **"Note to Seller"** section at checkout. We'll review your request and contact you if we have any questions.

What materials are your cake topper made of?

All of our cake toppers are handcrafted using premium 110 lb. cardstock for a sturdy, high-quality finish. Each topper comes securely attached to one or two clear acrylic sticks, making it easy to insert directly into your cake for the perfect finishing touch.

Are your cake toppers double sided?

**Are the cake toppers double-sided?** No. Our cake toppers are single-sided by default but can be made double-sided for an additional **$5.00**. Please note: * **Glitter cardstock** has a white backing. * **Matte cardstock** has the same color on the back as the front.

Processing & Shipping Times

We do our best to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible! Our average processing time is **2–3 business days**, but please refer to each individual listing for the most accurate processing timeframe. Once your order has shipped, **standard shipping typically takes 4–7 business days** to arrive. Please keep in mind that standard shipping is **not a guaranteed delivery service**, and unexpected delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend reaching out before purchasing so we can help determine the best shipping option for your timeline.

Absolutely! Once you add your item to your cart, you will have the option to choose an expedited shipping method at checkout. Please note that only **USPS Express shipping option include a guaranteed delivery timeframe**. All other shipping methods provide estimated arrival dates and are not guaranteed.

Have a special request or need something customized? Please send us a message, and we will do our best to create the perfect item for your event. We love bringing unique ideas to life and are always happy to help whenever possible!

Shipping and Late Arrivals

Due to the nature of our handmade items, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for items that arrive later than expected when a non-guaranteed shipping method is selected. If you need a guaranteed delivery timeframe, please contact us before purchasing so we can discuss available options. Please note that not all expedited or upgraded shipping methods include a delivery guarantee, and only specific shipping services offer a money-back guarantee. We strongly recommend reaching out before placing your order if your event date is approaching or if you have questions about shipping guarantees. We are happy to help you choose the best option for your timeline.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Please do not rely solely on Etsy’s estimated arrival dates, as they are not always accurate and may change based on carrier updates and other factors. For a more realistic expectation, we recommend adding 2–3 business days to the estimated delivery window. If you need your item by a specific date or have an urgent request, please message us directly before ordering. We’ll be happy to discuss your timeline and help determine the best option for moving forward.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, most of which are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns at this time. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order. We are always happy to help ensure your item is exactly what you’re looking for!

Clare 26. Mai 2025

Based on the pictures I thought the item would arrive with one food pick attached. It had two which changed what I could insert the topper into (used cupcake for smash cake instead of full cake, so couldn’t use it for that). Still well made and very cute!

Antwort von Rina

Hi Clare I am so sorry about that. we added two picks to most of our cake toppers so they stand up better and have not had a chance to update all images. I issued you a refund for the inconvenience and am sorry it didn’t work out.
