Where are your products shipped from?

We have more than 30 print studios located throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Oceania, making our delivery flexible and fast worldwide.

Can I return a product I don't like?

Yes, you can return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm its status. If approved, we'll process your refund as a credit back to your original payment method.

Is Nbourhood available in all countries?

Although we're largely available worldwide, there are some countries we're unable to provide our products to due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, including Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. However, we ship to all other countries internationally.

Are your posters copyrighted?

Yes, all of our artwork, graphics, photographs, and texts on the Nbourhood website are copyrighted. Therefore, any redistribution or commercial use without express written permission is prohibited.

All of our prints are made on 80 lb / 200 gsm premium archival paper. You can choose between a matte and a glossy finish:
* Matte has a smooth surface with no glare
* Glossy has a subtle shine with richer colors

Order your print with a frame and you receive it ready to hang, professionally framed by us.

* Our frames are premium wood frames with a 0.79 in / 20 mm profile
* You can choose black, natural or white
* The frames come with a shatterproof plexiglass front

✺ WHITE BORDER
You can order your print with or without a white border. The border is printed as part of the image, so the paper size stays the same either way. With a border, the photo itself becomes a little smaller to make room for the white margin.

✺ COLOR OR BLACK AND WHITE
This print is in color. If you would like it in black and white, send us a message before ordering and we will set it up for you.

If you are in the US or Canada, you receive your print in inches. All other customers receive it in centimeters.
