Seller and I have been communicating since 12/5, requesting to have the items delivered 12/14 and said it could be done. I kept following up with seller but didn’t ship until 12/11, and never responded to my inquiries since 12/6. Never received the items even a week after my son’s 1st bday party. Just poor customer service in general and frustrating process to deal with.
